Job Description

1. Leadership & Management

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of designers (3D,detailings,graphics product, etc.). Provide hands-on guidance and technical support in

3ds Max, Illustrator, and Photoshop

. Allocate resources and manage workloads to meet project deadlines. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Support team development through training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

2. Project Management

Oversee all design phases -- from conceptualization, development, and presentation to final execution. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, brand, and technical standards. Manage design timelines, budgets, and workflow efficiency.

3. Creative Direction

Drive creative strategies and ensure alignment with brand identity and client objectives. Review and approve key design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups. Stay updated with design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.

4. Quality & Brand Control

Ensure design outputs maintain visual and brand consistency across all channels. Oversee quality checks during production and implementation stages.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
