Job Overview

Responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the college requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver knowledge effectively in suitable formats. Encourage critical thinking by challenging students' perspectives, promoting discussion, and helping them develop rational and analytical skills. Apply suitable teaching methods and continually improve instructional approaches. Integrate research-based knowledge into teaching and relevant external activities. Assess students' learning needs and set appropriate learning objectives. Ensure that teaching content, delivery methods, and learning resources align with established objectives. Create and utilize original teaching materials and methods, delivering lessons across various modules or within a specialized subject area. Use effective teaching, learning support, and assessment strategies. Incorporate innovative and engaging techniques that stimulate student interest, understanding, and enthusiasm. Design, develop, and teach a variety of modules at different academic levels. Supervise students in projects, fieldwork, and placements where applicable, offering guidance on study skills and supporting their learning challenges. Choose suitable assessment methods, prepare and mark exams and assignments, and provide constructive feedback. Enhance teaching quality through reflection, redesign, and reviewing student feedback. Identify aspects of the curriculum that require updates or improvements. Contribute to planning, designing, and developing academic objectives and learning materials. Perform any additional duties assigned by the management as needed.
Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certificate in Education/ Design and any other related studies based on the subject to teach

At least 2 years of Experience in the related field is required

Experience in delivering IGCSE syllabus to an advantage

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English

Willing to work in Seri Kembangan

Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills

Strong moral values and discipline

Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
