Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design projects.
Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging design techniques.
Collaborate with executives and employees on overall brand message
Meet with team weekly to determine project plans/schedules for clients
Create digital posts, banners, and icons for use across our social platforms
Advise clients on design strategies and projects
Revise published work to promote brand consistency and overall clarity
Collaborate with influencers to prepare social media content for campaigns
Create design samples to send to authors and associated departments Present completed designs to client and executives for final approval
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a designer, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs.
