All about the role:

As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, connectivity platform, and digital services.

We\'re looking for a designer to join us on our journey.

What you\'ll do:
Collaborate within a cross-functional product team within a digital experience organization, which includes UX writing, UX research, and Design Systems. Our goal is to revolutionize laundry and dish washing, with a focus on significantly reducing environmental impact through energy and water conservation.

In detail, you will:

• Deliver excellent data informed UX to our customers, along with iterative updates, that delivers on the holistic digital product vision via prioritized backlog items, hypothesis and user stories
• Design from concept to implementation, considering hierarchies, accessibility, layout, navigation, localisation and scalability
• Add motion to user experience, that has both purpose and style, to build brand expression
• Bring concepts to life with lo-fi & hi-fi prototypes (and know when a simple sketch will suffice)

Who you are: * 3+ years of experience with end-to-end consumer digital product design

• Proficient in standard design and motion applications such as Figma, After Effects
• Experienced in working with cross functional teams and design systems to implement designs effectively
• Has a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, user research and agile development methodologies as well as Android and iOS design guidelines
• Engages in constructive design critique with designers and cross-disciplinary partners
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates your skillset

This is a full-time position, based at our Petaling Jaya office.
