We put business leaders in the room with their ideal customers using two primary methods: 1. Outbound sales - we serve up guaranteed, quality-controlled sales leads through our custom designed sales and BD pipelines. 2. Performance marketing- we turbocharge online presence, helping our clients understand what makes them truly marketable and then we monetise the message where it matters most. As a Designer at Nectar, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation for our B2B clients expanding into the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. You will be responsible for leading the creative direction and design strategy for our outbound sales and performance marketing efforts. Your role will involve designing visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral, websites, landing pages, and other digital assets to attract and engage our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and business development, to bring our clients\' brand visions to life through compelling and effective design. Benefits 20 Days A/L 7 Day Off on Christmas Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development Hybrid Work - 2 days in office Job type: full-time Responsibilities 1.Work closely with the Design team, Project Management and Marketing team, supporting them in execution and implementation of design. 2.Design implementation includes: Photo montaging/retouching/editing Vector creation Visual creation & execution Video editing (candidate dependant) Creation of email marketing (on mailchimp, etc ) Photography (candidate dependant) Desktop Publishing Storyboard 3.Ensuring artworks meet the briefs and are on-brand. 4.Ensure deadlines are achieved on-time in accordance to production schedule or deadlines assigned. 5.Responsible for proper file preparation and delivery. 6.Participation in any/all brainstorming sessions involving internal/external projects when required. 7.Work with copywriters & project managers for proposals when required. Qualifications Diploma in Arts / Design / Multimedia / Advertising or other relevant major. At least 1 year of working experience in design, media or advertising. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite primarily in Illustrator & Photoshop. Importing design assets & components to build templates on Canva as a plus. Proficient in Excel, Words & Powerpoint and all Google equivalents. Well versed in the management and tools of at least 3 of the following digital/social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter). Proficiency in writing and speaking in English Soft Skills Requirements: Ability to communicate clearly and precisely. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced/high pressure working environment. Ability to manage your own time. Having proficiency in a second language would be an advantage. Able to work in a team environment. Able to critically think and provide additional solutions. Strong drive for self-improvement. Salary Range :4k-4.5k
