Community charities are championed by TEAM LEWIS\xe2\x80\x99 employees, who volunteer their time and skills to provide marketing and comms support to maximise the grants\xe2\x80\x99 effectiveness.Purpose of the RoleThe Designer plays a supportive role in supporting the creation of deliverables that include digital video/photo for social media and visual web content that ranges from graphic design, illustration to infographics for a B2C and B2B scope. This person will provide support to the team on a range of digital media campaigns as well as working across the wider TEAM LEWIS business on internal projects.Key Responsibilities and TasksCreative services and project management

  • Create aesthetically compelling visuals that align with clients\' brand identities and messaging.
  • Create visually captivating decks and mood boards that effectively communicate creative concepts and ideas to clients.
  • Design and develop original creative web and digital content with expertise in graphic design and illustration.
  • Provide design support for pitches and internal communications
  • Deliver high quality graphic design for both print and digital channels
  • Partner with other departments to develop compelling and imaginative creative solutions (e.g. video, infographics, web design) for both TEAM LEWIS and current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the agency (such as copywriting and strategy) to ensure that all creative deliverables align with the overall campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and current trends.
  • Experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, 3D animation will be a plus
Digital and social media
  • Partner with client servicing team to develop impactful content and integrated campaigns for current and prospective clients.
  • Contribute to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
Client Management
  • Support with planning and implementing of creative projects and campaigns for TEAM LEWIS clients, developing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with account managers and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute creative briefs, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
Team working and development
  • Ensure personal and client objectives are met on an on-going basis.
  • Accurately report activity levels and regularly complete timesheets to ensure correct allocation of client duties.
  • Work closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development.
  • Regularly attend TEAM LEWIS training sessions to enhance skills and develop knowledge.
General
  • Support the digital and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects.
  • Take a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work.
  • Support the HR / talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme.
  • Contribute and support the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies.
About You
  • At least 2-4 years experience in a similar role within advertising / branding / marketing agencies
  • Strength across graphic design, illustration and branding
  • Independent, self-motivated and proactive personality
  • Creative thinker, attention to details and good project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative and enthusiastic approach
  • WordPress web skills
  • Video skills across different levels of production that include: video filming, editing, post-production and motion graphics (a plus)
  • Software skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere/Final Cut Pro X (a plus)
