Requirements Minimum qualifications include a diploma, advanced/diploma/graduate diploma, or equivalent degree in art/design/creative multimedia or related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile or web application UI development. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design work for web and mobile applications. Required skills such as: Adobe illustrator, Adobe Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to develop medium to high fidelity UI solutions. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous in this job as it enables effective communication. Communicate effectively in English, Mandarin is a plus Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Responsibility We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer , you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences through your expertise in UI /UX Design , user-centered design principles, and a keen eye for aesthetics. If you are passionate about crafting visually appealing and user-friendly digital products and have a deep understanding of user behavior, we encourage you to apply. Take responsibility for full-cycle project design, including requirement analysis, user research, information architecture, prototype design, user testing, and final delivery. Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure design consistency and quality. Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of design solutions. Continuously improve and optimize designs using data and user feedback to enhance user satisfaction and user experience. Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitors\' best practices to ensure design remains at the forefront. Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing design insights and experiences to promote collaboration and growth within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collectively address complex technical and business issues, ensuring alignment between design and business goals.
