Job Description

s Designer: 1. Make a sketch of the plan based on the client\'s wishes. 2. Provide detailed (3D) design based on sketches according to client requirements. 3. Provide technical drawings and specifications (construction drawing). 4. Perform quality audit (design) / construction architecture audit and prepare reports and other tasks related to tasks related to design and architecture aspects. 5. Apply for building plan approval. 6. Coordinate and deal the issuance of a letter of support for the Certificate of Building Occupancy (CF) with designer freelancer. 7. Focus on team-design. 8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time. 9. Recommend and implement improvements when required. Designer Requirements: 1. Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Design, Architecture or related field is preferred. 2. Experience working as a designer/draughtsman in the field of housing. 3. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office/AutoCAD/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator etc.).
