Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled Designer to join our Group Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Brand team. Reporting directly to the Senior Designer you will play an important role in bringing PropertyGuru\xe2\x80\x99s vision to \xe2\x80\x9cpower communities to live, work and thrive in tomorrow\xe2\x80\x99s cities\xe2\x80\x9d to life through bold, fresh, and impactful internal and corporate campaigns and communications.
Your role will encompass the design and execution of a wide range of collateral \xe2\x80\x93 from presentations and white papers to social media posts and merchandise \xe2\x80\x93 that will resonate with employees, investors and media alike. The successful candidate will possess exceptional design skills, a deep technical understanding of various design tools, and the ability to bring innovation and creativity to every project. You will be responsible for creating visually striking materials that resonate with our diverse audiences across both online and offline channels.

• Design and Creativity: Conceptualize and design visually engaging and impactful materials for internal campaigns, employee communications, and corporate communications.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Animate, etc.), with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Multichannel Approach: Develop designs for a variety of channels, both online and offline, such PowerPoint presentations, investor materials, white papers, vlogs, social media posts (both static and dynamic), EDMs, web banners, intranet pages, merchandise, and key visuals.
• Powerpoint and/or Keynote Wizardry: Push the boundaries of what PowerPoint/Keynote can do in creating visually stunning presentations that are on-brand, convey a strong narrative and leave a lasting impression on the audience. Utilisation of advanced design elements, such as custom shapes, 3D effects, and vector graphics is expected.
• Illustration and Infographics: Create custom illustrations and infographics that effectively convey complex information in a visually appealing manner.
• Art Direction and Typography: Provide art direction, maintain consistent brand standards, and exhibit proficiency in typography to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
• Motion Graphics and Videography: Develop dynamic motion graphics and videos to enhance our storytelling and captivate the audience.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools for image and video generation to enhance content creation.
• Regional Collaboration: Support stakeholders in Group functions such as Group Brand, Corporate Communications, Investor Communications, People & Culture \xe2\x80\x93 across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
• Preferred Experience: Experience working in a technology company or a similar industry is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and motion graphic skills.
• Strong illustration and infographic creation skills including visualisation of numbers and data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• English fluency is mandatory; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
• Possesses a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in creative industry, agency or in-house design.
• Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
