Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans that support the business objectives from start to finish on strategy, on time, and on budget.
Drive traffic and sales through effective marketing initiatives for the brand and at times supporting local store marketing initiatives, including but not limited to print, digital, direct mail, social media, in-store events, and grassroots marketing.
Assist the team in brainstorming, developing, planning, and implementing marketing strategies and activities.
Coordinate with the team to increase brand awareness.
Analyse market trends, ads optimisation plans and digital insights.
Manage Company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media ads and set up lead generation, messenger ads, engagement ads, etc.
Grow and expand our social media presence into new platforms, while increasing presence on the existing platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Create engaging content such as articles, promotional material for online media like social marketing and offline activities including roadshows, exhibitions, etc.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Perform keyword research, link building strategies, on-page and off-page optimization.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and analyze market research data and adjust marketing plans accordingly to maintain a competitive edge to determine consumer needs.
Work with staff to ensure all marketing activities are carried out flawlessly and in a timely manner.
Assist in video shooting marketing materials for events and campaigns.
Work closely with internal team to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Job Requirements
At least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 2 - 3 years marketing experience.
Candidates proficient in editing CapCut.
Candidates proficient in Illustrator/photoshop or equivalent is an advantage.
Good teamwork and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills and networking ability.
Adaptable.
Strong attention to details.
Good organization and planning skills.
Creativity and writing skills.
Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
PC literate with knowledge in MS Office.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Must overtime if necessary

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
