• Your communication skills, both verbal and written, have to be spot on. Use appropriate language, spelling, and grammar at all times. Not shy to over-communicate.
• Working in an office environment, when required at a designated (co-)working location, as indicated by TYT.
• Strong spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be a huge plus.

• Create and design various materials like packaging, print and digital collateral based on briefs and requirements.
• Consistently produce excellent visual works.
• Produce and select the best ideas to present to the team, company, and client.
• Develop creatives and other designs by using graphic design software to fulfil the requirements of different medias.
• Follow the use of appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic based on brand guidelines,
• and improve on the guideline where necessary. Establish a creative direction if a guideline does not exist.
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs within the stipulated time (after aligning with cross-departmental function) after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Constantly monitor brands\' merchandise performance
• Communicating productively with management and colleagues to keep them up-to-date with project developments.
• Upload, refresh and maintain Design Pool for works produced.
