We Are Social is looking for a creative, talented individual to join our creative team as a Designer. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with some of the brightest minds of the industry to hone your ideation skills. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to craft the idea to make it sing. And you\xe2\x80\x99ll be hungry to win major awards to help make the agency and yourself famous.

What you will be doing

• Provide creative and strong visual appreciation, including but not limited to visual editing, photography and graphic design;
• Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements of a project are aligned with the client\'s needs in a timely manner;
• Have a strong sense of aesthetics and ability to conceptualize layouts for creative presentation
• Work closely with Senior Art Director and/or other senior creatives within the team in developing the art direction, creative idea, and execution of projects
• Continually explore new trends in creative, design, digital marketing, and AI tools
• Editing content based on the feedback of both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you should have

• An exciting portfolio in design, layouts, art direction, and style.
• An excellent knowledge of social platforms, industry innovations and trends, FB, IG, YT, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc...
• Expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite

• Take great ownership and responsibility in what you do
• Are creative, passionate, and have a strong aesthetic sense

Our ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Graphic / Multimedia / Creative Media or related disciplines
• Proficiency in both the English and Chinese languages (don\xe2\x80\x99t need you to write award-winning novels, but you should at least be able to do more than throw a cuss-word or two at your friends and/or order food)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
