Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conceptualize in designing of project drawings specializing in ceramic tiles presentation

2. To design and adjust color of the new product

3. Need to coordinate with customers about developing new product if needed

4. To report the daily status to HOD on R&R daily morning meeting

5. To do all other kind of design works such as carton design, Logo design, catalogue design, etc., when necessary, as per superior/HOD's instruction/request

6. To assist sales personnel in advising clients on product information tiling presentation and attend to customers' enquiry when necessary

7. To organize the working files and make sure all are saves into the relevant hard drive after the product design is completed

8. To study/organize the final product (Master sample) and make sure the tile has the date and the file name

9. Prepare sample requested by sales and marketing department

10. To coordinate with other R&D technician / personnel

11. To do research and lab testing to suit the sample or colour assignment following project identification and gathering information for developing new products

12. To follow work introduction and specification for all test method

13. Maintain 5S and upkeep cleanliness of workplace (R&D room, lab's equipment & surroundings)

14. Strictly follow workplace safety procedures and guide other colleagues, wear PPE set or other safety equipment when necessary

15. Adhere to Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System & ISO 14001 Environmental System and Procedures at all times

16. Receive and act on any other instructions as when assigned from immediate superior or the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
