Printer setup and able to assist printer vendor
Hands & Feet support for server & network on physical check
Working relationship with IT Support
Use Service Now (SNOW) tool as ticketing tool
Job requirements:
Minimum Degree in IT
Previous working experience as an Level 1.5 as IT Support min of 1 year
Good rapport with client / team member
Attitude: Willing to learn attitude, enthusiasm, friendly, helpful, integrity
Excellent Customer Service in Face-to-Face, Telephone or Electronic Interaction with Customers,
Good Language and Communications Skills, Problem-Solving,
Good Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting,
Knowledge of Windows 7 & above, Vista, 10, Mac OSX, Windows Server products and/or Apple Operating Systems,
Ability to Work in a Team
Preferably with experience in using ticketing tools
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
