Work with Desktop support engineering team that oversees: Workstation Imaging, IT Hardware, Software Licensing and provide Tier 2 IT support for employees (onsite and remote)
Liaise with IT vendor pertaining to purchases and warranty.
Assist with compilation and management of IT asset inventory.
Overall life cycle of Incident, Request & Problem Management
You will identify challenges/opportunities and develop technical solutions through automation, scripting and engineering best practices
Responsible of business-as-usual activity including global patching, windows feature deployment, Microsoft 365 Apps deployment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or professional training/certifications related to areas of responsibilities or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience with Windows & Apple OS workstations in a corporate environment using SCCM, JAMF (Casper), and other system management tools
3 years of support Experience with G-suite, Office365, endpoint security, Virtual Infrastructure (VMware) Windows and Linux, Active Directory, SCCM troubleshooting, JAMF policies troubleshooting, file and printing services, and shared drives
Understanding of basic network protocols
Ability to communicate confidently with vendors, users and all level of staff
