Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Art/Design/Creative/Printing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
• Possess 1 year of working experience in Pre Press / Desktop Publishing / or Graphic Design will be an added advantage.
• Diploma / Degree fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication in Malay and English. (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Ria Jaya, Sungai Petani.
• Able to start work immediately is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesFile Checking & Editing Process

• To handle downloading of artwork file, preflight artwork and verification process for press acceptable artwork.
• To ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to complex level Artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and Print techniques.
• Responsible for managing pending status of the artwork and proceed flow through system.
• To develop knowledge in design software such as AI, Corel Draw, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.

Provide Technical Customer Service

• To assist agent in fulfill printing order requirements and job order processing, manage and keep record properly for all prospect and member.
• To carry out necessary editing and communicate pending issues to agents, while providing appropriate solutions and advice through phone call, email and WhatsApp.
