Job Description

Job Responsibility Develop visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital assets such as brochures, logos, websites, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and advertisements. Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand design briefs, goals, and target audience. Generate creative concepts and present design options that align with the project objectives. Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design projects. Ensure that designs reflect the brand s visual identity, values, and guidelines. Effectively communicate messages and ideas through visual elements, typography, and color schemes. Create designs that convey the desired tone, mood, and overall aesthetic. Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit design assets. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content writes, web developers and event management team to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and timelines. Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and clients and incorporate suggestions to refine and improve designs. Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining a balance between creativity and project objectives. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and meeting project deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies. Apply industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company/Superior Job Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills.
