Job Responsibility Collaborating with the marketing team to generate fresh concepts for company branding, promotional initiatives, and marketing communications. Ensuring that design and layout adhere to brand guidelines, meet production standards, and embody industry best practices. Adapting to a diverse range of products/services and media, including packaging, events, merchandise, corporate identify, and website development. Responsible for facilitating the communication of requirements between the department with our in-house team and agency. Actively contributing ideas and fostering open communication during brainstorming and ideation sessions within the team. Job Requirements A minimum qualification of a Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or an equivalent field is required. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and composition. Knowledge of both print and digital design. Video editing capabilities and experience creating video content for social media is a plus Fresh graduates specializing in graphic design are encouraged to apply. Willingness to assist with initiatives and projects as needs arise throughout the organization. Proficiency in standard English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is requisite, as the role necessitates communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues. A comprehensive understanding and proficiency in design and editing tools are essential for this position.
