Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM)

Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, responding to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues, including operating system problems, application errors, and connectivity issues.
Perform basic repairs and upgrades to desktop systems as needed.
Install, configure, and update software applications on user machines as required
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or any equivalent qualifications
At least a year of IT experience or an appropriate equivalent.
Familiarity with desktop and laptop hardware components, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage
Wide-ranging IT knowledge, particularly in networks, servers, audio/visual tech, smart devices, and telecommunications.
Preferably experienced with Windows 7 to Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory and GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware, enterprise anti-virus solutions, or Helpdesk ticketing systems.
