If you\'re passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you.What you\'ll do:Support daily operations by ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of IT services while maintaining high standards.Elevate incident tickets and trigger management escalation following company guidelines to ensure swift issue resolution.Ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly and effectively, contributing to team success.Liaise with internal support teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT services.Provide hands-on operational support and expert guidance to users, assisting them in overcoming technical challenges.Adhere strictly to company policies and standard operating procedures to maintain regulatory and operational standards.Oversee the equipment store by organizing and ensuring all assets are ready for use.Execute deployment and setup of IT equipment while ensuring everything functions optimally.Respond to desktop operational requests with timely resolutions or workarounds, resolving issues within SLA timelines.Record all asset deliveries accurately in the Good Acceptance Form and submit to the Senior Desktop Support Executive.Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.Fully execute improvement plans to enhance operations and service delivery.Be prepared to travel or relocate as needed to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s operational demands.Take on additional tasks assigned by superiors, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team success.Additional dutiesProvide guidance and solutions to users facing difficulties in their tasks, ensuring they can work efficiently.Ensure all work complies with company SOPs and Work Instructions, maintaining high standards.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members and other professionals quickly and effectively.Contribute to the knowledge base and participate in creating and updating SOPs, enhancing the team\'s collective expertise.Actively participate in improvement plans, helping to drive continuous progress within the team.Who you are:You bring at least 1 year of experience in the IT field, ideally in a desktop support role.You have a strong technical background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.You are detail-oriented and highly organized in your approach to work.You can work independently and thrive under pressure, maintaining composure and effectiveness in challenging situations.
