General stock cleanliness
Delivery Arrangements
Planning delivery routes and maximising no. of delivered packages on daily basis
Stock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as required
Timely update of delivery statuses to team lead
Support merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as required
Provide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s))
Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken
Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis
Job Requirements
Willing to work at JB
Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm), Sat half day (9am to 1pm)
