Must Have Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a software development team effectively. Technical Proficiency: Strong background in .NET, open-source technologies, and cloud-native architectures. Agile Experience: Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Nice to have Change Management Experience: Adequate experience in managing change effectively. Front-End Development Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies like React and TypeScript. DevOps Knowledge: Experience in delivering reliable DevOps solutions using tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Docker.
