Job Description

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain MES system (CAMSTAR) to meet business requirements for System in Package (SIP) Manufacturing Operation. Architect Business MES requirement with a holistic view while engaging factory automation team for alignment. Provide operational support & maintenance to current MES system, sustaining SAP and MES integration and related satellite application systems. Continued enhancement of SAP-MES Integration, develop other MES supporting application as Business needs arises. Design and development are based on Microsoft .Net technology for enabling the communication between machine, CAMSTAR, SAP, reporting and other systems. Expertise required in Web Service, Window Service, Camstar API, SAP .Net Connector 3 (sapnco) and ASP.Net development as part of the automation initiative for front-end, test and back-end operations. Responsible for factory operation issues related to MES, perform root cause analysis, and deploy preventive measures and corrective actions. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members in the team. Qualifications Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Technology or related major. Experienced: 10 years and above. Knowledge of Camstar Semi Suite (Siemens Opcenter Execution Semiconductor) portal/designer. Knowledge of XML, Web Service, Window Service and Web application. Experienced in Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Semi Conductor industry is added advantage Good coding standards, organizational programming skills and good commenting practices.
