Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer with 3-5 years of experience in COBOL 400 on the AS400 platform. The role involves developing and maintaining Channels & EAI solutions, focusing on host integration and ensuring seamless system performance. Experience with AS400 servers, DB2 databases, and familiarity with DevOps and ALDON is a plus. Join us to optimize core banking systems and drive integration excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain AS400 Channels & EAI applications using COBOL 400.
Implement and support host integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless deployment and system performance.
Document processes and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory:
o 3-5 years of experience working on the AS400 platform with a focus on Channels & EAI.
o Proficiency in COBOL 400 programming language.
o Hands-on experience with host integration techniques and processes.
o Knowledge of AS400 server and DB2 database.
Good to Have:
o Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
o Experience with ALDON for automating AS400 software deployments.
