  • Creating technical documents and compiling comprehensive documentation and reports as needed.
  • Designing and developing applications based on change requests and project requirements.
  • Designing and maintaining software databases/tables, encompassing Software Applications, Data Flows, and User Interfaces.
  • Testing, maintaining, and suggesting software enhancements for improved functionality and optimization.
  • Collaborating with the production support team to conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 6 years of software development experience, preferably in core banking.
  • Extensive knowledge in service management and production support.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Technical expertise in AS400/RPG/COBOL/DB2 architecture and ALDON.
  • Familiarity with Silverlake\'s banking software suite is advantageous.
