:Role Proficiency:Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 \xe2\x80\x93 Software EngineeringOutcomes: * Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.

• Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
• Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
• Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
• Mentor Developer 1 \xe2\x80\x93 Software Engineering and Developer 2 \xe2\x80\x93 Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles
• Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
• Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation
• Assists Lead 1 \xe2\x80\x93 Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions

Additional Comments:Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience on OOPs, C#, .NET and SQL Server, involved in reviewing current state design and working with the technical lead to define future state design, document, review, develop, test, and implement code features. Working as a member in an Agile Scrum, developers are involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Experience on implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance for corporate applications. This is a position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities - Apply data modelling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations - Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. - Flexible to work on different time zone. - Writing T-SQL queries/ Stored procedures/ Dynamic queries - Configure and maintain database servers and processes, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
