Commerzbank is one of the Leading Transaction Banking Banks in Europe processing more than 4 bn payment transactions every year. The Payment Cluster delivers fast, client focused payment products and services for all clients globally - electronically and traditionally. We combine all services regarding Payments products from product management, product specific / technical sales support up to run and change all IT-systems. To support the business processes, we develop own, integrate 3party software applications and operate them on different IT-platforms. Operational stability is core and center for our provided services. In the role as a Test Automation Expert you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Test Automation for the Cluster. Because of the existing automation experience in HP UFT and VB-Script is needed for this role. A knowledge of XML and host knowledge would be helpful. Knowledge of Octane, Jenkins should be provided as well as understanding of Test automation. Besides this the candidate should be able to understand the test architecture and propose POCs for new test objects. By doing this the candidate needs to collaborate with business experts to understand payment transactions and other testers organized in an agile setup. Your main tasks are: Conceptualizing, developing the Test automation architecture Implementing Test Automation for the Cluster, using tools like HP UFT, Octane, HP ALM, Jenkins. Ensuring consistency with the Test automation framework for all the Test areas within the cluster, complying with the bank infrastructure regulations. Continuously developing Test Automation approach for new topics/ areas, coordinating requirements/specifications from the cells. You are the main person to the PO and Test Automation Lead for all the specific queries w.r.t Test Automation. You understand the business requirements regarding automated tests and provide solutions for the implementation in the test automation. Main Skills 1) Development Create and maintain scripts for test automation using HP UFT, VB Script, Octane 2) Test Automation Architecture Experience with designing and developing Test Framework. Support the test automation team. 3) CI/CD Experience with CI/CD pipelines e.g. Octane, Jenkins, Bitbucket, HP ALM 4) Business Analysis Experience in analyzing Test requirements and coordination skills to support PO in order to organize team backlog. 5) Communication Skills Knowledge about presentation methods and presentation tools 6) Host Development Knowledge about host access scripting 7) Agile Software Development / Scrum / Kanban Participate in scrum ceremonies and adopt agile work principles. 8) Jira, Confluence Tools used to organize your work, documentation/knowledgebase, etc. Personal Skills Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems Proactively driving projects and tasks to deliver results Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients need Excellent collaboration and communication skills High flexibility and adaptability to fast changing environment Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams
