Development Coordinator (Senior Engineer)

Placement : Menara KOMTAR Johor Bahru & Tg. Langsat Pasir Gudang

Our company is looking for an organized, independent, and self-motivated Development Coordinator (Senior Engineer) that will ensure the company's strategy is adhered to and carried out. The role also requires the candidate to bring in best practices in continuous improvement plans and activity into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Development Lead in coordinating all aspects of project development from feasibility to handover. Assist in preparing project plans, design briefs and development schedules Liaise with consultants, authorities and internal teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals Monitor compliance with technical requirements, regulatory standards and project objectives Compile reports, minutes of meeting and presentation materials for internal reviews and stakeholder updates Participate in site visits, inspections and coordination meetings to support day to day project oversight

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of project management tools and contract and tender management Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
