Job Description

• Develops new repairs and refurbishments for mechanical and electromechanical modules used in AT/Sort factories and/or PCBA, used in manufacturing.
• Leads the development of repairs and repair technologies that meet relevant technical specifications, certification requirements, and design practices.
• Works with module engineers to identify opportunities to repair, refurbish, and optimize or customize spare parts for cost savings.
• Owns repair development project lifecycle through implementation, including design of tooling for repair and rebuilds, determination of failure modes and factory requirements, reverse engineering, development of post repair test validation, training of personnel, documentation, and continuous improvement to support internal repairs.
• Ensures adherence of facilities to the highest safety and quality standards required by the relevant standards.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronics and Computer or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electroncis and Computer or any relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master/Degree Holder
• Project and Product Development Experience
