Requirements
Degree in relevant disciplines
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 years experiences in managing, supervising and leading preschool centers
Good Presentation and Communication Skills
Result-oriented
An effective planner
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Preference will be given to those who can commence work immediately
Responsibilities
To market, promote and monitor the enrolment of students at Smart Reader Kids centres
To be in charge of the set-up of new, local and international centres and to ensure that franchised centres are in full operation, have completed staff training and maintain good student enrolment
To be responsible for providing leadership, managing and leading staff and overseeing the overall well-being of the preschool
To provide continuous support and guidance
