Job summary:
To support Global Process Characterization Team within hiring company Technology Group.
Job description:
- Characterization and modelling of semiconductor devices
- On-wafer measurements in our process characterization lab facilities
- Model extractions from measured data (BSIM, Hi-SIM, JUNCAP2, DIODE-CMC, ETC
- Matching and noise characterization and modelling
- Continuous development and maintenance of our characterization/modelling infrastructures (Hardware/Software)
- Degree in electronics engineering, microelectronics or equivalent discipline
- Experience with tools like ICCAP, Cadence etc.
- Basic programming skills
Type of Employment : Permanent
Minimum Experience : 3 Years
Work Location : Sarawak
