JR41260 Device Reliability Lab Operation Engineer

Responsibilities and Tasks

Process Qualification Lots

• Verify and ensure product exceptions flows are set for specified materials.
• Ensure Device Qualification readiness upon Engineering request Manage lot tracking, planning, and execution.
• Process lot sample priorities and coordination through Environmental Lab and Manufacturing shopfloor system.
• Complete lot tagging and ensure MAM attribute verification.
• Ensure qualification Turn Around Time (TAT) is met.
• Establish a process to ensure no operation errors during qualification in progress

Manage Qualification Readiness

• Complete data entry for ClearQuest, QAWR (QA Work Request), Qualification Database entry, and maintenance.
• Supply timeline predictions and adjustment for cycle time and TAT
• Process final package qualification releases.
• Provide equipment utilization tracking.
• Communicate with engineering, manufacturing, and site planning team to ensure reliability execution is flawless.
