Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a leading company in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing and managing the organization's AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Manage, deploy, and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure and application performance across cloud environments.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with AWS best practices and industry standards.
• Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and VPC networking.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Document infrastructure processes, architectures, and deployment standards, and provide training and support to internal teams.
• Support deployment activities, including production rollouts, patches, and updates in line with DevOps principles.

A successful DevOps Engineer should have:

• Strong AWS Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch) and best practices in cloud architecture.
• Containerization Proficiency: Skilled in designing, deploying, and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• CI/CD Automation Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain automated pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experienced with Terraform or CloudFormation to automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of improving system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborative & Security-Focused: Works effectively with cross-functional teams while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence in all deployments.
