• 3-5 years or more of IT operations experience, with experience in multinational companies or remote operations support preferred.
• Familiar with Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) and Windows Server operating systems, capable of independent system operations and optimization.
• Experience in public cloud management (AWS/Azure/GCP), with knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and operations.
• Familiar with DevOps processes, with proficiency in tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. preferred.
• Familiar with the deployment, optimization, backup, and recovery of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or others.
• Proficiency in Shell/Python/Go for operations development, capable of writing automation operation scripts.
• Knowledge of network operations, familiar with TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, load balancing, CDN, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and emergency response abilities, capable of quickly identifying and resolving issues.
• Good Mandarin and English communication skills, able to support Malaysia and other overseas teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and excellent service awareness, able to adapt to remote or cross-location collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS/Azure/GCP-related certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are preferred.
• Experience in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) is a plus.
• Experience in security operations, intrusion detection, and log analysis is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for IT operations and maintenance for Malaysia and other overseas offices, including the management, maintenance, and optimization of servers, networks, databases, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability of business systems, responsible for daily monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security management.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain Linux/Windows servers to ensure stable operation.
• Optimize the CI/CD process, improve automation levels in operations, and enhance system delivery efficiency.
• Manage cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.) and hybrid cloud environments, optimizing resource usage and reducing costs.
• Handle IT support requests from global users, assist in resolving various operations-related issues, and improve user experience.
• Participate in the design and optimization of IT infrastructure architecture, ensuring system security, scalability, and compliance.
• Work closely with development, testing, and security teams to implement DevOps and SRE best practices.
• Responsible for writing and updating operations documentation, including SOPs, technical manuals, emergency response plans, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest operations technologies in the industry, enhance the overall technical level of the team, and drive technological innovation.
