Senior Procurement Executive shall report to the Procurement Manager/Production Manager The main duties are as follows:

Responsible for procurement of all required materials and services.
Sourcing new suppliers; sending inquiries and obtaining quotes from various suppliers/subcontractors as per material specifications, BOQ and approved drawings.
Preparation of price comparisons (with 3 quotations) for approvals and obtaining approvals from the authority for the procurement process orders.
Negotiating of rates with suppliers in accordance with Corporate Compliance rules and regulations.
Monitor all materials are delivered within the agreed lead time Managing store to ensure all consumables and production items are stocked to the minimum quantity.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, specifically in precast procurement activities.
Possess good communications in Mandarin as required to liaise with vendor/customer who speaking in Mandarin
Good communication skills in Mandarin, Malay & English
Candidate with Konverge experience will be added advantage
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team.
