About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated

DevOps Engineer

to design, build, and manage reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with software engineers to automate delivery pipelines, improve observability, and streamline deployment across environments using modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Provision and manage infrastructure using

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

tools for repeatable environments. Design and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

to support frequent, secure, and auditable releases. Operate and optimize

containerized workloads

using

Docker Swarm, Portainer, and Traefik

. Strengthen reliability and security through monitoring, incident response, and access management. Automate repetitive tasks, refine runbooks, and document infrastructure and delivery processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and identify system improvements. Champion operational excellence through testing, automation, and proactive ownership.

Requirements

2+ years' hands-on experience

in DevOps or related system engineering roles. Proficient in

Terraform, Ansible, Docker Swarm, Portainer, and Traefik

. Strong knowledge of

Linux system administration

, networking, and troubleshooting. Scripting experience with

Bash

or

Python

for automation and tooling. Familiar with

Git

, CI/CD concepts, and environment promotion workflows. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with

AWS, Azure, or GCP

cloud environments. Familiarity with

Kubernetes

,

Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana

, or

Vault

for observability and secrets management. Knowledge of

progressive delivery patterns

such as blue/green or canary deployments.
