Strategic Role: To conduct and execute research & development (R&D) activities based on the project assignments and role in an integrated, timely, cost effective and high quality manner in accordance with division\'s strategic and operating objectives with focus on sophisticated network security visualization. Responsibilities: To deliver research projects under Security Unit To work independently and provide adequate sense of piles of network traffic data support to project\'s team To analyze unique context-rich end-point and network security data collected through network and cloud platform To develop, test, release and maintain periodical security content update To document the specific attack capabilities of the specimen (code, virus, etc.) and understand the concept of exploitation scenario To create a detailed technical report concerning the threat. To provide detection guidance to other team members or additional security teams in a timely manner To analyze common network services and software applications in order to discover new and potential vulnerabilities To perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments To research on network security standards, network security systems and authentication protocols To participate in technical papers / copyright / patent publication locally as well as internationally upon approval To support product management in creating innovative data products and solutions. To continuously seek out latest technologies within the domain and strengthen the unit\'s R&D capabilities To support IPR initiatives such as scientific paper publication, patent and copyright where applicable. Requirements: At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Computer Network / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering or similar qualifications Minimum 5 years of SOLID experience in linux administration and software development skill set (i.e. Java, node js, JavaScript, Python and practice building software. Strong OS administration knowledge with cloud and virtualization technologies in Linux environment, such as CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL, Virtual Box, and Docker. Strong knowledge with hardware, software, and OS installation, configuration, patching, log analysis, system troubleshooting and problem resolution. Strong scripting skills such as Bash, Python, and SQL. Experienced with Openstack or Openshift is a strong plus. Experienced with network skills such as routing, firewall, DMZ, SDN. Familiar with professional software development process such as continuous integration, DevOps, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
