The Role

We're hiring a

DevOps Engineer

to design, build, and maintain the cloud and infrastructure systems that power our robotics and AI platforms. You'll take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and monitoring systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

This is a hands-on technical role that works closely with software, robotics, and AI teams to automate workflows, optimize systems, and support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage

CI/CD pipelines

to streamline deployment and release processes. Manage and maintain

AWS infrastructure

, ensuring scalability, availability, and cost efficiency. Deploy, monitor, and maintain

Kubernetes

clusters and containerized applications using

Docker

. Configure and maintain the

ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

for centralized logging, monitoring, and analytics. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and automation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system uptime. Apply security best practices across DevOps workflows and production environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience with:

AWS services

(EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)

Kubernetes

and

Docker

for container orchestration and management.

CI/CD

tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).

ELK stack

setup and maintenance. Strong understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting. Familiarity with networking, monitoring, and system security concepts. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. This is a

full on-site role

based at our Elmina Business Park office.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
