With a team of 60 talented individuals, we are committed to transforming the way education is delivered in the Southeast Asian region and beyond.We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Manager with a strong background in software development and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead and strategize DevOps initiatives, ensuring seamless development and deployment processes. This role involves optimizing infrastructure costs, building robust CI/CD pipelines, and driving the team's effectiveness. • Strategic Leadership

• Plan and execute a scalable and cost-effective DevOps strategy.
• Drive infrastructure cost optimization and cloud operation improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps goals with business objectives.
• Team Management

• Lead a team of at least two DevOps engineers (VN-based team).
• Provide mentorship and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Foster collaboration between DevOps, development, and QA teams.
• Technical Ownership

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Oversee containerization and orchestration, leveraging Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or GCP.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Development Collaboration

• Contribute to development tasks as needed, with proven past experience in development using TypeScript, PHP, or similar languages.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
• Monitoring & Compliance

• Build a comprehensive monitoring framework for large-scale applications.
• Ensure infrastructure complies with standards like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Prepare for and manage infrastructure audits when necessary.

• Work on a market-leading product and experience first hand the impact of robust and clever DevOps practices in an efficient team
• Building mechanisms to remain two steps ahead of the product need and NOT just support the status quo
• Revel in the technology culture and develop awesome ideas with highly experienced DevOps and backend engineers
• Develop vast in-depth knowledge and first hand experience of the latest DevOps technologies
• Work on experimental projects before they go into mission critical production systems

• Proven experience in coding, preferably as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer before transitioning to DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Expertise in cost optimization for cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or GCP.
• Advanced Linux and scripting skills (e.g., Python).
• Experience managing Helm charts in Kubernetes.
• Proven past experience in development using TypeScript, PHP, or other web-based frameworks.

• Experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Alibaba Cloud certifications).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools for large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with compliance standards like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Experience managing tech products that are mission critical.
