For more information, please visit www.infovista.com The Role & Team: Infovista helps fixed, mobile and broadband communications service providers (CSPs) and IT-intensive enterprises improve the customer experience, reduce customer churn and deliver differentiated services, while improving the capital efficiency of their infrastructure. The real-time network intelligence we gather from today\xe2\x80\x99s information-rich networks enables them to assure service quality, manage network performance, optimize network configurations, and plan the technology upgrades required to handle future network and service demand. Responsibilities:
Dig into and troubleshoot customer platform issues on their cloud environment.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Test & deploy hot fixes in the customer environment.
\xe2\x80\x93 Escalate issues to the next level, as needed with relevant info.
Help customers to use our APIs/Cloud solutions.
\xe2\x80\x93 High collaboration with support team in Europe. Requirements:
Familiarity with deployment methodologies.
Good knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and deployment technologies such as, respectively, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
Excellent knowledge in Linux.
Experience with Rest APIs is required.
Experiences with Database technologies such as Postgres SQL and Redis as well as message broker technologies such as RabbitMQ would be appreciated
Fluency in English
Good written and verbal skills.
2-3 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
Strong communication skills.
Must have skills : Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Linux, Rest APIs, Postgres SQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
