Work Location: 1 position to be based in Sabah (Cover sales roles & responsibilities in Sabah, Sarawak, and support distributor in Brunei). Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the strategic growth of the area sales and profitability of Sysmex solutions. Sales and marketing of Sysmex products and laboratory solutions to a designated customer base. Act as Project Manager for major instrument/system installations under their area sales coverage. Act as a back-up to provide technical support for post sales activities at Sabah, Sarawak & Brunei. Work with stakeholder to resolve customer issues and complaints. Ensure the workflow and processes compliance with the company policies and local regulatory. Requirements: A Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing / Life Science / Medical Lab Technology or Electrical Engineering equivalent. Minimum 5 years\' experience in sales/ technical service preferably in healthcare, clinical laboratory, life science or equivalent. Good understanding of IVD Healthcare and Life Science industry and market competition. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates.
