Job Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for the daily production management of the die-casting team, reasonably arrange production tasks to ensure the timely completion of production plans. Strictly implement production processes and operating procedures, supervise employees to operate in a standardized manner, and ensure product quality. Responsible for the attendance, performance appraisal and daily management of team members, coordinate the relationship between employees, and improve team cohesion. Do a good job in the daily maintenance, repair and inspection of production equipment, timely discover and handle equipment failures, and ensure the normal operation of equipment. Control material consumption in the production process, reduce production costs, and do a good job in production records and data statistical analysis. Organize employees to carry out safety training and emergency drills, implement the safety production responsibility system, and eliminate safety accidents.

Job Requirement:

College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Materials and other related majors. More than 5 years of die-casting production experience and 3 years of die-casting team management experience, familiar with die-casting production processes and equipment operation, and have strong organizational coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
