• Technician for Die preparation equipment
• Knowledgeable in the Taping, Back Grinding, Wafer Dicing, Die Separator, laser cut and AOI equipment.
• Able to hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and 5 why analysis
• Be available for overtime work when needed
• Must be able to work in 12 hours shift.
• Experience in PM and major down troubleshooting
• MTBA improvement
• Experience in spare management

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
• 5+ years of equipment engineering experience in Die preparation equipment
