Provide personalized nutritional advice to customers based on their individual needs and health goals.

Educate customers on the benefits of vitamins, supplements, and balanced diets.

Collaborate with pharmacists to offer holistic health solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition trends and product knowledge.

Handling complains or concerns from clients in a professional and empathetic manner, and escalating issues to higher management if necessary.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong background in nutrition or a related field.

Ale to work well under pressure, manage multiple task simultaneously, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Both spoken and written). Self-motivated and able to work independently. Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities. Excellent public speaking/ presentation skills with the ability to hold and develop interest of audience. Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare setting is a plus. Able to think analytically and resolve problems.
