Achieve company and outlet KPIs & target.
Provide excellent customer service to all our customers.
Maintain a good relationship with customers and team members.
Provide consultation about health issues, nutrition and healthy diet in response to customer enquiries.
Promote health & beauty product(s) according to customer needs.
Always keeps up to date on the market trend in terms of product knowledge and latest nutritional finding.
Assist manager in motivating and leading the team in order to achieve sales target/ KPIs with respective outlet team.
Be responsible in outlet operation management such as cashiering, merchandising & inventory management.
Assist manager in conducting or providing training and guidance to team members.
Be responsible in supervise and monitor sub-coordinate's in-progress tasks to complete on time.
Assist in all company promotional activities.
Write up: Health article/ Diet plan of recent health issue
Educating public / health professionals about nutrition (talks, training etc)
Ensure communications is cascaded to teams in a timely fashion.
Handle any outlet administration tasks and any other ad-hoc tasks from time to time, including preparing training materials and health articles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
