* Provide nutritional consultation & advice customer\'s inquiries. * Prepare & execute product seminars, trainings & health talk. * Provide consultation about health issues, nutrition and healthy diet in response to customer enquiries * Prepare write up on company\xe2\x80\x99s products & health information and provide product knowledge to new reseller joined * Provide good customer service to all our customers * Follow up and monitor clients\xe2\x80\x99 progress on weight loss/ gain. * Analyse progress and provided solution for client (diet, workout, lifestyle and supplements) * Promote the awareness of healthy diet & lifestyle through company social media to educate the public * Performing health screening to customer * Always keeps up to date on the market trend in term of product knowledge and latest nutritional finding * Provide nutrition training to the team and custom menu plan by disease (PCOS, FYBROID, CYST) * Involve in learning and development * Motivate the team to achieve sales target * Be responsible in outlet operation, merchandising & inventory management * Assist in company promotional activities when necessary * Assist in New Product Development & Marketing activities of the company. * Any ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Company Overview Efferty International is founded in Malaysia, by Dr Raihana Ismail on the 1st of September 2019. Efferty focusses on the sales of Efferty preparation for pregnancy milk. Our first flavour, dates milk sold 5000 boxes in the first four months of launching. The benefits of Efferty is that we have the Certificate of Analysis after being lab tested, nutritional facts and the serial number from SIRI KKM food classification. Efferty is well known throughout Malaysia and now has penetrated the International Markets such as Indonesia and Brunei and we are now a listed company in IPO.
