About the Assignment:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that are aligned with company-wide objectives, as well as budget management and target tracking.

The Core Objectives:
Content strategy - work together with Marketing Lead & Creative Agency to develop the social media content strategy across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness, engagement and sustenance of the digital bank.
Responsible for the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns including content strategy & creation, development of calendar, budget management, managing the social media advertising budget
Define social media KPIs and growth for the Digital Bank\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence and audience. Develop best in class monitoring, analytics and listening strategy, tools and reporting that compliments in achieving the strategy and goals set.
Manage reporting and analysis using data by working closely with Performance teams in monitoring social media conversion rates, web traffic metrics, and SEO rankings. Regular reporting to deliver insights and form actionable recommendations to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach
Work closely with Creative teams as the brand custodian to ensure content is on brand, informative and appealing. To develop and enforce social media guidelines based on metrics and best practices and eventually develop the master playbook for social media for the Digital Bank
Collaborate, develop and maintain relationships with brand partners, key influencers, and external social media content creators to increase brand awareness and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media platforms and other marketing channels.
Keep current on social trends and industry changes. Advise marketing team on impactful news and emerging trends.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
As we are a start up, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing landscape and be ready to move with the needs of the business.
3-5 years experience in Social Media marketing. Experience in a fast paced industry like e-commerce/ fintech environment will be an added advantage
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok and other social media best practices
In-depth understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, especially in user growth and engagement. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics will be an added advantage
Experience with content marketing and influencer marketing
Strong command of English is mandatory. Strong command of Malay or Mandarin will be an added advantage
Experienced with Google Analytics, FB analytics and social media managing tools such as Sprout Social and CMS platforms. Photoshop and Video editing capabilities will be an added advantage
Strong project management skills and ability to be proactive, motivated and independent.
