Get to know the role: Administration of identity services with user provisioning/deprovisioning and federation focusing on multiple protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID) Maintain appropriate user entitlements with RBAC authentication to entitled Enterprise Applications and resources throughout the employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers) Perform problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution of IAM and authentication issues Support the configuration and maintenance of IAM systems with a goal of improving user experience and leveraging on automation Assist in development of strategy roadmaps for the IAM systems Monitor and report on redundant, inactive or unused accounts Communicate IAM security risks and solutions to management The must haves: Deep knowledge of IAM standards, experience in SSO and MFA, and familiar with Identity Governance and Administration Knowledge of least privilege methodology and RBAC methodologies Experience in enterprise-level identity services and cloud technologies Familiar with federation protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Proficient with Powershell and automation scripting, creating and administering Able to produce documentation or guide around IAM process flows Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
