What Will Your Mission Be Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, the Account Manager has a pivotal role to play in coordinating between the operation teams in order to ensure that client deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and per the scope of work. The Account Manager also contributes to the overall strategy and ensures it aligns with the client\'s business objectives. Be the main point of contact for the client - build trust and maintain strong relationships. Immerses self in client\'s business: Understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, and industries; also knows their business model, how it is performing, and what success looks like. Balance the expectations of both the client and agency to ensure seamless project delivery and quality. Effectively manage day-to day communications and ensure all client requests are delivered in a timely and service-oriented manner. Develop a deep understanding of performance marketing campaign requirements to support the information needs of the ops team to enable project success. Identifies areas of opportunity to explore ways of further supporting the clients by deepening the relationship. Accountable for SearchGuru\'s operational success, which includes ensuring deliverables are met, on time, and on budget. Leads preparation for and participates in monthly or quarterly business review meetings and other client meetings as required (including new business pitches). What Will Your Responsibilities Be Manage internal and external digital marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the operation teams. Manage day-to-day communications both internally and with the client. Communicate elements of the brief to internal teams, and ensure comprehension of the objectives and underlying strategy. Ensuring that the operation teams are aligned throughout the project, to meet deadlines and coordinate workflow, always driving for excellence and managing client\'s expectations. Plan projects and supervise the execution of the various stages of execution (manage scope and support teams in preparing and delivering assets). Prioritise among the production teams and handle conflicts of resources, time, and budget. Provide administrative support (Invoicing, tracking, reporting, etc.). Coordinate and communicate performance reports. Provide tactical and strategic recommendations to client for continuous improvement. Who Are We Looking For Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledge of digital marketing - Paid media (SEM, SEO, social media, etc.) and/ or digital media. Proven agency or client experience. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, detail-oriented digital advertising agency environment. Critical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to manage conflicts. Good client relationship skills.
