I-JOB DESCRIPTION 1-POSITION OVERVIEW As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats. 2-MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser\'s campaigns Respond to customer support inquiries in accordance with training provided, standards and policies, including to supply diagnosis, resolution, and tracking of end user issues based on guidelines, documentation provided. Detect and understand the customer\'s needs and objectives Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell and sustainability Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through various channels (mainly phone call) II-JOB REQUIREMENTS At least two years of experience in sales or/and digital marketing (advertising) Excellent communication in English , fluent in Mandarin is a huge plus Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in any field, preferably advertising or marketing Is analytical and has a logical mindset Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions Works in an organized and structured manner Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs We are value-driven by technology and continuously innovating our customer-facing brand solutions, serving some of the world\'s best brands from our centers of excellence in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Spain and Colombia.
